CAP: is the maximum amount an interest rate can rise during the whole duration of the mortgage loan.
Notice that as an extra limitation no rate can more than double.
Accordion option: when your interest rate has changed, you'll have on the date of changement the
choice between adjusting your amortization or adjusting the duration of your loan while keeping the
present amortization, without exceeding a total duration of 30 years.
(1) loan (minimum 50.000) with obligation of opening a bank account, subscription of 2 life insurances, house insurance
and domiciliation of your income to that account
(2) rate only requiring the opening of one life insurance at the bank + the opening of a bank account
(3) rate only requiring the opening of a bank account
(4) loan (minimum 100.000) WITHOUT OBLIGATIONS but reserved for clients with years fixed contract with same employer and net rest income aftrer charges of minimum 2200 EUR + 125 EUR per child
(5) rate requiring subscription of 1 life insurance + house insurance at the bank. Net income for a couple needs to be >4.000 (add 0.30% if income between 3.000 and 4.000).
